Thank you for your generosity in opening up your home and your time for the upcoming Nationwide Children’s Hospital Championship, by providing room(s) for a participant. We are looking for a room(s) and bathroom(s) for a player, and/or their family as well as caddies. The total amount of guests is set by you as to what you are comfortable in providing. We ask you to please fill out the form below so we can properly assign a guest(s) to you. Please be aware that this is a very fluid process. We get many housing requests at the last minute, so we ask that you keep your home available to us until Wednesday, September 16th, when player registration has been completed.
All breakfasts and lunches are provided at the club for players and caddies. Please inform your guests of any house rules including laundry facilities, refrigerator space, keys and/or codes, etc. As well, we ask that you provide them the login and passwords for internet. Please provide your guest(s) with entry instructions. All players and caddies are responsible for their own transportation. When a player or a caddie has been assigned to your home, be sure you contact them prior to their arrival and arrange to greet them on their arrival date. Provide them with a key or an alternative way to access your home.
Remember, you are not obligated to provide dinner or refreshments. You are only being asked to provide a bedroom and bathroom, but please enjoy the experience! If you wish to invite your guests for dinner or cocktails, that should be arranged between the two of you. Understand the players and caddies have a vigorous schedule including, to name a few, practice, workouts, tournament play, etc. Before planning something, please ask them about their routines and schedules.
