The Nationwide Children’s Hospital Championship’s Pros Fore Patients is a special program designed to celebrate the tournament’s support of Nationwide Children’s Hospital and the more than $22.3 million that has been raised for pediatric cancer treatment and research since the tournament began in 2007. Pros Fore Patients highlights Patient Champions from Nationwide Children’s with challenging conditions and diseases, including pediatric cancer. The Pros Fore Patients campaign provides these brave Patient Champions and their families the opportunity to meet and interact with Korn Ferry Tour players from the tournament’s field of competitors in a number of special activities, including a putting challenge, hitting stations, interactive games, face painting, balloon art and more. The Patient Champions and their families, along with the Tour professionals, also pay it forward by creating care packages that are delivered to inpatients at Nationwide Children’s Hospital during tournament week.
