House-A-Player

Thank you for your interest in the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Championship Private Housing Program!  We appreciate your initial curiosity about the program and your willingness to learn more as we move forward and closer to the event.

Players may arrive in Columbus beginning the Saturday or Sunday prior to the event and stay through the following Monday.

Please remember the following as you consider participating in the program:

  • You are not required to provide any type of food or meals for the player you are hosting.  However, if you would like to include them in your meal plans or send them off with a snack for the day, you are more than welcome!
  • You are not required to provide any type of transportation for the player to or from the course, or any other activity they may be participating in during their stay in Columbus.  If you have an extra vehicle and would like to lend it to them for the week, they would definitely appreciate it.  However, transportation services are also offered through the tournament and many players also rent cars for the week.
  • The main objective of this program is to offer the players an alternative to an expensive hotel room, week after week on the tour.  We are asking you to provide a private bedroom and a private bathroom, and any amenities above and beyond these are entirely at your discretion.

Please fill out the questionnaire below in its entirety and return to the Tournament Office as soon as possible.  Your response is in turn your commitment to provide housing for a Nationwide player during the week of the tournament.  Once we have matched you with a player, we will send you all of the pertinent information, as soon as it becomes available.  Please understand that there may be late requests, which we will address at that time.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Tournament Office.
