Wear Red, White & Blue for Folds of Honor Friday!
Nationwide Children's Hospital Championship fans were encouraged to wear their red, white and blue on Friday, September 20 as an outward display of unity and an inward commitment to meeting sacrifice with hope for the families of America's fallen or disabled military and first responders.
Ribbons
Folds of Honor Friday at the Nationwide Children's Hospital Championship included official Folds of Honor ribbon pins that were proudly distributed and displayed throughout the day.
Opening Ceremony
The tournament featured an Opening Ceremony with a performance of the National Anthem by a member of The Ohio State University Marching Band and a Presentation of Colors by The Ohio State University ROTC.
Flag Folding Closing Ceremony
The tournament featured a Closing Ceremony with a Flag Folding Ceremony by The Ohio State University ROTC and the National Anthem performed by a member of The Ohio State University Marching Band.
Hole No. 13 Flag Tending
Military Service Members/Veterans and First Responders tended the American flag pin flag on the par 3, 13th hole on Friday during the Second Round of competition.
