Columbus, Ohio – Tournament officials announced today that the 13th playing of the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Championship, concluded August 18, 2019, at The Ohio State University Golf Club – Scarlet Course, raised a total of $2,437,194 for central Ohio charitable organizations, including $2,305,854 for pediatric cancer research and treatment at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. The total marks the largest single-season charitable donation raised for the hospital in the 13-year history of the Korn Ferry Tour Finals event and the third consecutive time the $2 million mark has been exceeded. Since its inception in 2007 the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Championship has donated a total of nearly $13.8 million in support of the hospital’s pediatric cancer program.
Columbus, Ohio – At 7 p.m. EDT Tournament Officials announced the 138 player blended field of PGA TOUR and Korn Ferry Tour players who are eligible and have committed to compete in the 2019 Nationwide Children’s Hospital Championship. The following players finished 126-200 on the PGA TOUR’s FedExCup points list or within the top-75 on the Korn Ferry Tour points list and will play in the first of three Korn Ferry Tour Finals events being hosted August 12 – 18 at The Ohio State University Golf Club in Columbus, OH.
